Dr. Richard Wolitski (Acting Director, Office for HIV/AIDS and Infectious Disease Policy at Department of Health and Human Services) receives a standing ovation at USCA 2016 for his impassioned and personal speech about the significance of viral suppression at this defining moment in the history of the epidemic. Dr. Wolitski acknowledges Bruce Richman and Prevention Access Campaign for their work in this area.  "When we look back 20 years from now we’re going to judge ourselves in terms of how well we responded to this opportunity.”
